Remember to continue to pray for the police officers in Greenbelt and Beltsville!
The "Cookies for Cops" project has received rave remarks from some of the officers and staff. We have just delivered cookies for the second month. For all our wonderful cookie bakers, please package your cookies in boxes or plastic bags. Don't overload the plastic bags as the cookies on the bottom of the bags crumble. Thanks to all who have baked, or made donations! The money is used for ingredients, or to purchase aluminum pans for delivery! Thanks, and keep up the good work. |

We need YOU!
Each month has approximately 720 hours. Please consider giving 1 hour per month to help with the children during the Wednesday night prayer service. The remaining 719 hours are yours to use at your discretion:) We are about to begin to read “The Chronicles of Narnia” to the children. This will take several weeks. If you like to read, or would like to do a craft, or some other activity with the children, please contact Joan Flowers. Your help would be most appreciated. |
